Richard B. Gess,

Admitted to New York Bar (1994) and New Jersey Bar (1996). 
Education: Boston University (B.A., 1990); New York School of Law (J.D., 1993) 
CONCENTRATION: Real Estate Law and Condominium Association Law.

Mr. Gess is a founding member of the firm and prior to the establishing GG&S founded Greco & Gess, PC in 1997.  Mr. Gess concentrates on all matters pertaining to real estate, including condominium conversions, new construction projects, commercial and residential real estate transactions and zoning.  Mr. Gess represents a variety of corporate and individual clients and has handled some of the largest projects in the State of New Jersey.

Eric A. Gess,

Admitted to New York Bar and New Jersey Bar in 1991. 
Education: The George Washington University (B.S., 1986); 
University of Bridgeport School of Law (J.D., 1990). 
CONCENTRATION: New Jersey and New York Real Estate Law/Transactions; Commercial and Business Transactions; Corporate and Business Law.


Mr. Gess is a founding member of the firm and prior to the establishing GG&S was a member of Greco & Gess, PC since 2000. A large part of Mr. Gess’ practice is devoted to matters involving representing sellers and purchasers in residential and commercial real estate transactions in New Jersey and New York, representing landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions in New Jersey and New York; commercial and business transactional matters; representing commercial property owners in New York real property tax certiorari cases and preparation of wills.

Jeremy L. Wallace,

Admitted to New Jersey Bar (2003). 
Education: Indiana University (B.A., 1995); Indiana University School of Law (J.D., 2003). 
CONCENTRATION: Real Estate Law, Business Transactions, Landlord-Tenant, Bankruptcy.

Mr. Wallace is an associate of the firm and was an associate of Greco & Gess since 2006. Mr. Wallace’s practice is devoted to real estate matters, with a substantial concentration in residential and commercial real estate transactions as well as Landlord tenant matters. His practice also includes the buying and selling of businesses.
