Representation of Marshall/Harrison Street Apartments LLC (“MSA”) in the preparation of the Application and Public Offering Statement submitted to the Department of Community Affairs (“DCA”) for a for a mixed use condominium project containing 329 Residential Units, Parking Garage, Commercial Retail and Health Club.  After issuance of the Registration number from the DCA our firm represented MSA in the sale of the individual condominium units.     

Representation of Athena Jersey City Urban Renewal LLC  (“Athena”) in the preparation of the Application and Public Offering Statement submitted to the Department of Community Affairs (“DCA”) for a for a mixed use condominium project containing 250 Residential Units and Commercial Retail.  After issuance of the Registration number from the DCA our firm represented MSA in the sale of the individual condominium units.      

Representation of Washington Commons LLC  (“Washington”) in the preparation of the Application and Public Offering Statement submitted to the Department of Community Affairs (“DCA”) for a for a mixed use condominium project containing 67 Residential Units.  After issuance of the Registration number from the DCA our firm represented Washington in the sale of the individual condominium units.      

Representation of One Halstead LLC  (“Halstead”) in the preparation of the Application and Public Offering Statement submitted to the Department of Community Affairs (“DCA”) for a for a mixed use condominium project containing 52 Residential Units.  After issuance of the Registration number from the DCA our firm represented Halstead in the sale of the individual condominium units.      

Representation of Toll Brothers Inc. in the closings of the condominium units in the Maxwell Place and Hudson Tea Condominium projects in Hoboken since 2005.   The sites consist of over 2,000 units and closings are ongoing.    

Representation of ACC Towers Urban Renewal LLC in the closings of the condominium units in the Canco Lofts Condominium project.       

Representation of 1312 Adams LLC in negotiating a large parcel in Hoboken New Jersey including environmental obstacles through closing and am awaiting City Zoning approvals to start submission to DCA for condominium approval.
